How can i add newskicks widgets on my site?

its very simple.you need to only enter following in your posts:-
</p> <script language='javascript' src='http://newskicks.com/scripts/externalvote.js'></script><p>
and you are done.if the story is not submitted then it will display a link to submit the story.if story is already submitted then it will display votes and option to kick it up or kick it down.see the example bellow:-
