Russell Crowe set to buy IPL franchise

Hollywood star Russell Crowe is all set to own a team in the upcoming Indian Premier League. Planned by the BCCI and backed by the ICC, the league will be played in the Twenty20 format. According to media reports, Crowe, who jointly owns the South Sydney Rugby League Club is actively considering buying a franchise in the IPL.
